    Eric reports that Phillip has the information needed to generate reports of this nature from the data he regularly downloads as the Custom Database report.


    4/5/23 - All information has been provided; awaiting feedback that statistic calculations were corrected to take into account changes in call volume among reporting periods.

    4.14 Request closure or action items at 4.17 meeting with GSK team. Include updated "needed by" date.
