With the VIS outsourcing to Syneos, GSK is porting TFNs to Syneos. Our Telco inventory needs to be updated to reflect this change and Lumen needs to be checked to verify that these numbers have been removed. If the changes have not been made to Lumen, contact Mike Trombley to have him contact Lumen.

7-Nov-2023 - Decision was made that the remaining 4 main VIS numbers will remain with GSK and NOT be RESP ORG'd to Syneos. (see attachment)

13-Nov-2023 - Christie - submit a ticket with Lumen to have RESP ORG'd numbers removed from inventory.
12-Jan-2023 - Christie - Received confirmation from Dennis Lopez @ Syneos that the numbers that were RESP ORG'd are in their Verizon inventory. Next step is to request their removal from Lumen.
12-Jan-2023 - Christie - Created ticket 28435996 with Lumen to have numbers removed from our inventory.
26-Feb-2023 - Christie - Working with Mike Trombley and Lumen to remove the calling features on these lines and discover why they haven't been removed from the inventory after the resp org. Also, what the process is from this point.
9-Apr-2024 - Christie - Confirmed that the RESP ORG'd numbers are no longer visible in the Lumen inventory. Requesting ticket closure.

Additionally need to reassign the local DIDs within inContact by returning to the pool or returning to carrier.
