As part of Project Lift, four ViiV numbers formerly owned by Lash are in the process of being ported to GSK's Lumen carrier. When this is complete, they must be added to the inventory and both the Service Name and Call Plan Description must be updated in Lumen.

2023-04-23 - Stephen - Updated numbers and added Name column in request
23-Apr-2023 - Rajiv (in Mike Trombley's group) is submitting the Port request from Lumen to OBS and then back to Lumen. Ed is signing the request.

6-2-2023 - Need to add a sheet to Telco inventory to add these numbers that are used by us but not owned by us. These were RESP ORG'd from LASH to OBS and RCF'd to Pharmacord and billed to GSK.
14-July-2023 - LASH still owns the numbers. Need to wait until they are successfully RESP ORG'd to OBS.
9-Oct-2023 - Closure approval received and attached.
