Project Lift - Redirect TFNs at cutover

As part of Project Lift, several GSK TFNs will need to be directed to PharmaCord.

We have three toll free numbers for Benlysta Cares that currently point to Lash:

Number inadvertently placed on material at some point in the past (5 instead of 3)

Used by GRC as “caller ID” when placing outbound calls to states with privacy laws

All three numbers will be redirected to 502-805-3465 at the time of the cutover.

    Status Comments

    12-May-2023 - Had a discussion with Neal Nichols and Pharmacord stakeholders and determined that Nucala privacy number should remain as is and not move to Pharmacord until further discussion to determine if specific handling is required due to the Nucala Self-Admin designation.

    12-May-2023 - Christie - RCF'd the 4 lines for Benlysta, main Nucala number and Fax numbers only.

    20-June-23 - Determined that the Nucala number should have been RCF'd. Ed will confirm with Pharmacord that they are prepared to deal with the calls before we move the line. Will close this idea and put a reminder to revisit after Labor day.

    Review Notes

    Ed to find out if there are FAX numbers: LASH will PORT the FAX numbers to us (working with Ed and Mike Trombley's team). May take a while after the transition.


    Ed has a Pharmacy number in his spreadsheet that is not previously mentioned. Adding it here: 800-577-8574 -> 502-805-3476


    Eric needs a number for GRC to route calls to LASH for (rep-to-rep) Financial Assistance or some other function and (customer-to-rep) if self-help indicates call needs to go to Pharmacord.

    Answer: Currently none available other than the main IVR numbers provided.
