    Status Notes

    8-May-2023 - Eric - Eric put the option #2 transfer number (267.703.8154) on the VSC line (866.475.8222) in place as of this morning. He also configured the transfer script so that calls transferred to VIS within the PSC/VSC and GRC environments route to 267-703-8154.

    2023-04-28 Stephen Keilholz - Ed Dias will need to interface with syneos team to get the number or numbers to be used for this purpose.

    28-Apr-2023 Christie Jensen - Need to ask Carol if she needs number(s) for GRC. If so, create another IDEA. Answer is no.

    8-May-2023 - including option #2 on the VSC main line 866-475-8222. This should point to 267-703-8154.

    19-May-2023 - Work was completed on 5/8/23.
