Provide support for CEC Lightning upgrade testing [CR 329]

CEC Lightning Upgrade testing will require integrations with inContact to be in place for at least one non-production environment for multiple phases of testing (i.e. Regression, UAT).
More information will be added to this CR on Friday, 2/17, before it is sent over to ASI for planning purposes.?

    Status Notes

    4.14 Identified issues with test patient calls and ticketed to GSK Telco.

    New request to have transfer IVR properly pop cases - working on that - projected fix during Tuesday night maintenance window. Issue also involves reskill of calls.

    1-May-2023 - Carol - Two remaining items for testing.

    5-May-2023 - Testing complete with one outstanding request that needs confirmation.

    19-May-2023 - Roll-out scheduled for Friday, June 9th with a staffed testing window on the 10th. Go live is Monday, June 12th.

    26-May-2023 - Received closure agreement from Carol.
