Update to Haleon IVR language [CR 327]

Haleon is no longer accepting phone calls or transfers from the GRC. Therefore, please change the current language to the HALEON website URL.

Current IVR language is:

Please update the IVR to the following:

    Status Notes

    On hold waiting for confirmation that Haleon has changed their IVR branding from GSK to Haleon

    As of 4/8/2023, message still says "Thank you for calling GSK Consumer Healthcare"

    4.14.23 Re-tested and message still references GSK. Ask to put on hold and/or change target date.

    2-June-2023 Tested line and it still says GSK.

    5-June-2023 - Response from Haleon was that it wasn't seen as a compliance issue.

    Recommend spelling HALEON in the URL; remember, it is pronounced as hey leon.
