11-Sep-2023 - Adrianna requested - Spoke with Geoff @ Pharmacord and requested 4 new lines for GRC->Pharmacord rep-2-rep transfers 2 English Benlysta/Nucala and 2 Spanish Benlysta/Nucala. Should have level of effort report from Geoff tomorrow. Will be added to address book and KB docs.
2023-04-27 6:55am - Stephen Keilholz - As of now, the feedback from Aaron Seamans is that there is to be a hidden option on the main IVRs to skip the menus and go right into the queue. This is instead of separate numbers. At this time, only the English numbers are available, and they are:
Nucala = 5028053466
Benlysta = 5028053465
Either I or Ed will update this when we are made aware of the option on the menus.
The labels for these numbers should include PharmaCord and the product name and language.
4-Aug-2023 - No separate Spanish lines. Prompt for Spanish is on the same line. Delivered on 31-July-2023. Close pending final testing.
18-Aug-2023 - Need to validate that there is no GRC->Pharmacord Spanish-2-Spanish transfer.
