Please remove the following products from the IVR self-service option for PAP coverage - ADVAIR DISKUS, ADVAIR HFA and BECONASE AQ no longer available through GSK PAP. Please have removed the night before 3/1/23. FYI - these products are not sold/disc, just removed from PAP. Also ensure that any/all terms synonymous with these products are also removed from PAP.

4/5/23 - Eric has not been able to work on recognition of Beconase; He hopes to get to look at this on Friday, 4/7
4.14 Work has been done but ASR recognition issue is still outstanding. Additional phonetics have been added to the ASR test grammar file. Testing to be done by Carol on Monday 4/17 before approving to move to production.
1-May-2023 - pending upload of new grammar file expected by 5/4/23.
5-May-2023 - Grammar file uploaded. Work complete. Request for closure sent.
8-May-2023 - Closure approval granted. See attachment.
